What we store, and why

  • Waitlist: your email address and signup time, so we can hold your numbered spot and send one email when early access opens. Optionally the modes you voted for.
  • Abuse protection: a salted hash of your IP address (never the raw IP), kept to rate-limit signups.
  • Account: if you sign in with Steam or FACEIT, the public profile basics those services share (ID, nickname, avatar) and, for FACEIT accounts, match statistics used to power your hub.
  • Support: the content of support tickets you submit.

Processors

The site runs on Vercel (hosting) with a Neon-hosted Postgres database. Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection) and Resend (transactional email) are used when active. We do not sell data or run third-party advertising.

Your rights

You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time — email [PLACEHOLDER: contact email] and we will remove your waitlist entry or account data.
