Frequently asked questions

Everything about Trainit — the modes, the FACEIT and Steam integrations, maps, pricing, and early access. Looking to get better at the game instead? Head to the CS2 training guides.

What is Trainit?

Trainit is a CS2 training hub that rebuilds real match moments into playable training. Instead of bot drills, you replay pro clutches in myClutch, train coordinated flashes and re-peeks in myRepeek, study demos in the myReplay 2D viewer, and drill angles in myPrefire.

Does Trainit work with FACEIT?

Yes. You can sign in to Trainit with your FACEIT account (or Steam), and myHub reads your recent FACEIT matches and stats — including your estimated Rating 2.0 and headshot share — to show you what to train next. Prepare on Trainit, then take it into your FACEIT queue.

How is Trainit different from FACEIT or aim trainers?

FACEIT is where you compete — Trainit is where you prepare for those matches. And unlike aim trainers, which teach raw clicking against bots, Trainit rebuilds real rounds with the exact positions, utility, and HP, so you train the reads, timings, and decisions that win rounds.

What training modes does Trainit offer?

Four modes: myClutch drops you into real pro clutch situations and lets you rewrite the outcome. myRepeek trains flash lineups and re-peek timing. myReplay is a 2D demo viewer for studying positioning and timing. myPrefire drills pre-aim routes on every active-duty map.

How much does Trainit cost?

Trainit is in early access. Joining the waitlist is free, and access opens in waves — sign in with Steam or FACEIT and join the waitlist to reserve your spot.

Do I need to install anything to use Trainit?

The myReplay 2D demo viewer runs directly in your browser. The playable modes — myClutch, myRepeek, and myPrefire — run on Trainit's CS2 game servers, so you play them inside CS2 itself rather than through a separate client.

Does Trainit help with CS2 Premier and matchmaking too?

Yes. Trainit trains crosshair placement, utility, re-peek timing, and clutch decisions on real rounds — skills that transfer to any competitive queue. FACEIT sign-in adds match stats to myHub, but you can also sign in with Steam and train for Premier or matchmaking.

Which maps does Trainit cover?

myPrefire is built for every active-duty map, and coverage for myRepeek flash lineups and myClutch scenarios grows through early access. Each myClutch scenario rebuilds one specific professional round — the map, positions, utility, and HP come from the original demo.

When does early access open?

Early access opens in waves. Join the waitlist with your email — or sign in with Steam or FACEIT — and you'll be notified when your spot opens. The myReplay demo viewer is already available to try in the browser.

Is Trainit affiliated with Valve or FACEIT?

No. Trainit is an independent training platform and is not affiliated with Valve, Counter-Strike, or FACEIT. The FACEIT integration uses FACEIT's official sign-in, and Steam sign-in uses Steam's official OpenID.
